Time-sensitive tower crane component delivery
Transporting tower crane components in Houston required strict adherence to a fixed crane appointment schedule. Crane assemblies are coordinated down to specific time windows, and any delay in component delivery can disrupt multiple crews and halt jobsite operations. In this case, the catwalk and counterweight components needed to arrive on site within a narrow delivery window while navigating typical Houston traffic conditions. Southern Executive Transport planned the move using a step deck trailer to provide proper deck height and stable positioning for the tower crane catwalk and counterweight.
